The
prices quoted are based on prevailing costs at the time of publication. Clients
may expect slight variations from nominal quotations without notice.

Reservations |
A
deposit of 40% per person is required at the time of booking and the balance at
least 30 days before onset of the safari. Local travelers have access to more
flexible booking terms once they are in contact with us.

Our
Responsibility |
Liability
for our mistakes is limited to tour prices only. Clients are presumed to accept
and consent to all risks involved with any tour. However, our value is in minimizing
the natural hazards associated with such activities and we always do our best
to guide our clients to activities and places of minimum risks. |
Complaints |
Any
client with a complaint while on our service is encouraged to raise it immediately.
The management promises to resolve our clients' problems promptly and satisfactorily
and assist in speedy resolution of other problems unrelated to our management
|
Rates |
Rates
include expenses for the services quoted like accommodation, vehicles, drivers/tour
guides and entrance fees to national parks and game reserves. Personal expenses
such as visas, beverages, laundry, airport tax, tips etc. are excluded. Lecturer
fees and other special services are ordinarily charged separately with due arrangement. |
Transport
|
We
offer minibuses, cars and 4 wheel drive vehicles depending on terrain and group
sizes. The management reserves the right to employ services of subcontractors.
Trained English-speaking guides are provided. All lectures are also conducted
in English. Clients with special language requirements must raise them in advance
and expect to pay extra charges. |
Tour
Alterations |
We
reserve the right to alter set arrangements in respect of routes and venues should
circumstances dictate. We also retain the right to discontinue from our service
any member who, in our opinion, does not serve the best interests of our tourism
values and aspirations. In such event, a proportionate amount will be refunded.

Liability |
We
strictly serve as agents of our valued clients in all their tour requirements.
Our liability to passengers is governed by appropriate law of the country in which
the tour is taking place. However we take no responsibility for any illness, injury
or losses from any cause whatsoever
|
What
to bring along |
The
prices quoted do not include the following which clients are requested to carry
along:
- Sleeping bags (available for hire with prior arrangements;
- Money
for personal expenditures;
- Towels, tissue papers and torches etc., in case
of camping safaris;
- Insect repellents and bottled water. Clients are advised
on where to buy such whenever necessary;
- Cameras, films and binoculars are
very handy all the times. |
